What is the Members to Member Project Grant?

The M&M Project Grant is designed for CEA members to implement a special educational project that would not otherwise be funded. Each project should focus on the improvement of student learning through quality teaching and learning that exceeds high, academic standards.

How is the Members to Member Project Grant funded?

The Members to Member Project Grant is funded by members of the Chandler Education Association for a certified member in the association. Individual grants will be awarded in any amount not to exceed $200. Total funds available for teacher grants through the Chandler Education Association are $4,000.

Selection Procedures

Each grant proposal will be reviewed by the Chandler Education Association Grant Committee using this rubric. Decisions will be made by the Chandler Education Association Grant Committee and the grantees will be announced at the CEA general meeting on December 1, 2009.

Application Procedures

All Members to Member Project Grant applications should be submitted electronically on the CEA website by noon on November 13, 2009. A confirmation receipt will be sent to each applicant.
